Staffordshire pottery pug dog, c. 1830. The seated pug dog, wearing a black collar, and set upon an oval shaped base, edged with moulded rococo scroll. Coloured in typical enamels, beneath a pearlware glaze. Height – 8 cm, 3 1;8”. Width – 6 cm, 2 3/8”. Depth – 4.5 cm, 1 3/4”. Condition – Excellent. No damage. No restoration.
